Trisha’s approach to patients well being is a holistic one. The aim being to identify the root cause of the problem and to use specific treatments to aid recovery and maintain good health. Each program is individually tailored to the patients specific needs and where possible to their lifestyle.

Trisha says, “My background was in the health and fitness industry, I worked as a fitness trainer in my own health centre, working with individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals, weight loss, body building, tone, whatever.

The main core of what I have always done is one to one, this is why I am now, so capable of recognizing what is going on and able to sort individual problems out, remotely to some level because I can recognize what is going on, face to face is always best. I have worked so closely with people, digging out their innermost problems through time and skill. Finding out why they are ill, was it due to the childhood, what happened to them on their journey to sickness and ill-health, why are they not coping with life. There is always a story behind every illness.

My case studies are digestive (in its many guises), migraines, menopause and PMS and other hormonal issues, stress, eczema, asthma, arthritis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, tired all the time, persistent coughs and other respiratory conditions, heart disease and all its associated ailments, diabetes, cancer (although only as a support mechanism), and more,

I find nearly all cases are linked to diet; all will be resolved through diet, possible lifestyle change, coaching, plus other supporting therapies.”
